The guy in the cartoon looks alot like Bruce Anderson, dontcha think? And demanding access to the higher beings? That totally sounds like something Bruce would say.
And speaking of higher beings where the hell have i been? I honestly dont recall. Why it seems like only yesterday that...hmmmm. Weird. Annnnyway, it may well be that things r going even faster than i previously thought.
