Heard a fascinating lecture by Ray Kurzweil last night. I think my IQ bumped up just by being in the same room as the other audience members. Gosh everyone looked so smart. Architect types, hacker/programmer types, designer types, artist types, stoners in sandals, all ages. It was a pretty cool SF scene. But the good times were not to continue.
Came home and watched The Bling Ring and felt those extra IQ points I'd gained at the Kurzweil lecture slipping away one by one. Not recommended. Or watch with the sound off, like a magazine with self-turning pages.
Still no tour or shows or anything...2busy polishing the silver.
