no movie, just the theater

On a tour of Alameda the other day we stepped inside the Alameda movie theater for a quick lookaround. Wow.
The town of Alameda is totally flat, and right at sea level,  so different than San Francisco and the greater Bay Area in general.  Not sure where one would go in case of flooding there.
