I remember Sean Penn's answer when he was asked the pants question. He was married to Madonna at the time. "It doesnt matter who wears the pants, it matters who takes them off."
Today, both A and R be wearin' the pants. In the 60's there was a fad where the man and woman would wear matching shirts. The woman's shirt wasnt a small man's shirt, but a woman's blouse made from the same material. That fad sure couldnt happen these days.
And speaking of Sean and Madonna, did we ever get the real story on that dust-up they had in LA that ended with Madonna being left alone in their house tied to a chair?

It's not that i dont love u, it's just that i have nothing to say. Or more precisely, nothing that u'd want to hear about. Like, how one has to be creative when dealing with leaks on one's houseboat.
No tour or shows or anything...2busy recording vocals.

i was sleepin' like a rat when i heard somethin' jerkin', and there stood Iggy lookin' like a little gherkin
Had a(nother) Iggy dream last night.
Actually, it was more like he came into my dream and got me and we got on a huge bus that travelled on a luge-like track. At one point, we started going downhill at a fast speed, so fast it was kind of sickening for both of us.
I asked him where his car was, and he said we were taking this bus to get to his car. I assumed he had a bitchin' ride but when i asked him what kind it was, he wouldnt tell me, but just got a devilish look in his eye and said if he told me it wouldnt be a surprise. Well, the surprise turned out to be that he was giving me his car. We finally got off the free-falling bus and walked to where his car was parked but i didnt recognize the make/model. And no wonder i couldnt, it was a one-of-a-kind car that he had special-ordered, kind of like commissioned.
I stood there looking at it and he smiled really big and handed me the keys. So i drove us around for awhile, just going here and there, and he asked me how i had been doing. Amazingly, he remembered me from back in the day!
When Iggy first started out, i'd be at every show. In the beginning, these shows were held in odd and small venues, one was during the day in a cafeteria of a school. He was pretty angry at that show, probably at the person who booked him, and i remember him throwing the chairs around and turning over a couple of the long tables. There was no stage or anything. Maybe he was mad too because the few people who were there werent really into him.
Did u know that one of his legs is longer/shorter than the other? Neither did I.
It was all very friendly and chummy and nothing X-rated or anything like that. We drove around a little while longer, got some snacks, then ACC woke up.
And how YOU doin'?

Try looking for "tiger" and u get Tiger Woods. Not winning duh! And speaking of winning, Mister Nancy sent me a pic of herself, she seems to be channeling Charlie. Maybe she needs this?
Anyway, all this silliness is just a useful distraction from, u know, reality.

Mirene is Stewart Brand's tugboat on South Forty dock. Now with daffodils for Springtime.
Dropped off this pair of R's unwanted plaid flannel pajama bottoms along with a copy of a book. . 30 minutes later the book was gone, peejays still there.
It's a stormy stormy night on the docks of Sausalito.

This footage may not seem dramatic to viewers unfamiliar with the water of Richardson Bay but when watching keep in mind that this water is normally calm and quiet and slow-moving. Yesterday it was taking about 2 minutes for 12" to 24" of water to come in AND go back out. This continued pretty much all day. The water turned black and there were whirlpools, one of them looked to be about 40' in diameter. Here's some footage taken from other docks in Sausalito. I asked one of our neighbors to estimate the speed of the biggest surge. His answer was "faster than a person could run." That really stuck with me...i dont think i'd hang around near the bay's edge again in a similar situation. Just sayin'.

LOVE my new Stones t-shirt. And speaking of the Rolling Stones, have u ever been backstage at a Stones show? Sadly, i havent.(Didnt that window of opportunity close a long time ago?-Ed.) But even if i had, i wouldnt have been doing the groupie thing. Whenever i've been backstage, all i wanted to do was listen to the recording of the show that just happened.
Shit, this Latisse prescription is not working the way it's spoze to.
