Anybody want to chip in?  I'm not sure about today but back in the day this little area was a happening artistic community.  As i was reading the NO TRESPASSING signs I wondered if they help to keep the tourists out.
And speaking of 'keep out', keep the Scientology docu out of your que.  Not ezzackly P.U., more like 'meh'.

root beer floats

Still no tour or shows or anything...2busy looking at my nice new website, fixin' up some root beer floats and beginning this evening's entertainment.

I've gone Instagram nuts. I follow a few dogs, particularly German shepherds (Hans, who has funny ears) and blue Australian cattle dogs (Lupe! She lives with a rabbit named Buns and a black cat named Barbara).  Monday is Muttbuttmonday, Tuesday is Tongueouttuesday. I think it's weird that ppl refer to themselves as the dogs' mom and dad.  And the dogs r their "children".
Then there are all the surfers. The movies they post r, as they say, "awesome, breh!" Saturdaynightrecords, u get to see all the vinyl ppl r listening to.  Usually the shot includes the front LP cover and the turntable.

This is me with The Unknown Comic. No bag so he had to turn away from the cam. For real. When I met him backstage after his performance at the Boarding House in San Francisco he signed his poster (on the bag) "Thanks for having my baby and by the way I love what you do with cream cheese."

r cassettes really coming back?

Are cassettes making a comeback? If so, it's a trend that 4 sure i dont get. I hated cassettes even back when. So hard to advance or go back and then that thing u had to do with a pencil when the tape became unravelled.
At Discount Records in Bloomington there were these two kooky customers who pronounced 'cassette' as 'case-a-set'.  No matter how many times i said 'cassette' they would still say 'case-a-set.'
Ppl in Indiana did have a funny way of talkin'.  Former ACC spouse, himself a Hoosier, pronounced 'Washington' as 'Warshington' and i would have to say to him "Bruce Anderson, there is no R in Washington."

Ooops, had this set up for yesterday for THROWBACKTHURSDAY but didnt get around to posting. This guy could really crack me up.  I loved hanging around with him,  he would mutter the funniest tidbits then go back to twitching.  Just looked him up on FB, apparently he is still with us.  Hi there LT!!!

Shit i just hurt my neck dancing to EMF. That song, what a groove it is.
During afternoon coffee today the NTD staff had a discussion about groove. U have no choice but to dance when u hear Unbelievable or Give It Up but not so with Turd, er, Blurred Lines. Jeez what a dud of a song. Anyway that doesnt have anything 2do with the case but the outcome and why the jury arrived at their decision is v interesting;RWS may write an article about it for LYNDA.com, will keep u posted on that.
And speaking of blurred lines, been looking at a fan's blurry pix from the Suicide show the other nite at Webster Hall. First i thought "oh that's too bad, they're blurry" but then realized that hmmmm maybe blurry wasnt necessarily a bad thing in this instance if u catch muh driff. Hey they're not alone, i could benefit from having one of those blurry blue dots on my face,  u know, like permanently.
So anyway, yeah, my neck.  Oh well, that's what happens when u try to show off in front of your one&only.
