A good time to go to Sutro Park is after dinner, when you can see all the neighborhood dogs. After i took this picture, the dog's man thanked me. Why? I didnt know, really.
Current favorite clothing company...NO ENEMY from santa cruz. And speaking of santa cruz, yesterday we saw a bumper sticker that said HELP KEEP SANTA CRUZ WEIRD. I could live there, it's rockin'. Dont4get to visit the MYSTERY SPOT next time u r there.
Another must-see is george earth's house, the one he was in during the big EQ...he and his housemates had to jump out of a 2nd story window, because the doors were jammed and wouldnt open. It's funny to ride around sc with george...the tour talk goes something like this: "Oh look, that little shed there, that's where i smoked weed for the first time". And "See that store? That's where i used to score acid, from a guy who worked there. He used to get it for us." And "Oh my god, there's my school, and see that little alcove area? That's where we'd have our 'safety meetings' in between class." (HI GEORGE!!! LOVE U!!!!)
No tour or shows or anything...2 busy celebrating something special. :-)
