Part of me (Uh oh. -Ed) is always here, up above Ocean Beach. On sleepless nights, in my mind's eye i wander all around that entire area. Always the decision...use the stairs or glide down the dunes? Here are the stairs looking up from Balboa Street.
Anyway, still no tour or shows or anything...2busy "reading".

I will be moving to Corpus Christi later this year and I am curious as to where exactly this is? I opened your hyperlinks and the area looks absolutely beautiful! I am wondering what surrounding neighborhoods / schools are good for my family and I, so any information that you have would be helpful. You seem to know the sweet spots of the area, so I thought that maybe you could help give a little insight on the best areas of Corpus Christi (or just outside of CC) for families.
ALSO – my wife likes your red boots in your “so unbelievable OH!” post.
