WTF? On the very day of Ocean Beach clean-up, these "artists" are assembling a display of all kinds of colorful junk. Does it look nice? Well, kinda. Is it still littering? Yes, dickheads. Considering that it's 4pm and they r still working on it, i dont think they're gonna pick it all up and take it back home with them. Down with people.
