I've always been Bruce and Rich's band girl, proudly serving since the mid-70s.
Bruce is here today with Rich in the recording studio at hb headquarters;i'm upstairs totally plotzing
over what i'm hearing. Whoa! U r gonna fucking LOVE this song (working title is Smoky).
So we'll break for green tea and sweet stuff in awhile, then later this afternoon we'll have a lunch break 2gether then the guys will get back 2 work. Wish we didnt have to take Bruce back to the City afterward tho...it's so great having him around.

I couldnt sleep the other night because ANGIE was playing in my head over and over. I could hear every part just as clearly as if the song had been playing from speakers in the room. I laid there trying 2 determine who the piano player was. The piano sounded extra-beautiful, like if u were tripping, u would think there was maybe a deep meaning to it, or some hidden secret message that could heal the world.

Can u see a dog in the rust? I used to do yoga with a real dog but these days, Rusty is my yoga dog. I see him plain as day, but not everyone does. His front legs r so cute and i like the white stripe between his eyes and the way his head is tilted.

Hello. Mister Nancy stopped by NON TOUR's Sausalito headquarters on the way to a bass-player audition at Proof Lab. I sort of even hate 2 tell u what happened it's kind of sad, but at the same time it was also kind of funny.
So, as we r getting out of my car I say "Nancy, maybe it's better the guy doesnt see me, know what i mean?" She says, "oh yeah, u mean the age thing?" Yeah, the age thing. So we decided I'd help her carry her gtr and stuff only part way to the door. Because the band is you know, like young guys. "Oh, is that your mom who dropped you off?"
But b4 i could set her amp down and beat it, the guy came out and saw us standing there in the parking lot. Nancy says to me, "Dude, uh, he sees us." So the guy walked over to us and started to introduce himself, but Nancy answered a call right as he was putting his hand out to shake hands. So 2 be polite i chatted a bit with him but finally i said goodbye and got in my car. As i was driving away, i looked back but couldnt see if she was still on the phone or not. Mister Nancy: To Know Her Is To Love Her.

Rochelle Anixter, ACC's former co-worker, would say "the kitchen is closed" as soon as she had washed the dinner dishes and put them away, and the kitchen would be off-limits to her family for the rest of the night. That wouldnt work around here;dinner is the gateway meal of the evening.

I only mention his name in order to keep my numbers up, after R told me that whenever i blog about ol' Steve my stats skyrocket. Hey, i need all the help i can get. And i need all the love i can get. (read the comments, so cute and funny.) Some of my best times as an audience member (not counting u-know-who of course) were at Sisters shows except for one in Sam Fram when i took some E and felt very very strange and not in a good way. I had to keep my head on the table and my eyes closed the entire show. Other than that, it was a great night ha ha. Later, i found out that u should never take E if u've had spinal meningitis which may explain why i felt so weird during the show. I was with HT and Mary Gross, who wore a black rubber dress for the occasion and i remember HT really appreciating that dress.

Alex Shaffer is my new favorite young actor. His blonde look in Win Win reminded me of Nico Sophiea, when he bleached his hair white during his teenage years. Here's Nico these days. Gorgeous, right?

The other day A and R paddled past this seal in Richardson Bay. From our safe distance we couldnt see if the seal was caught in the rope or not, so R decided to get up close&personal in order to check it out. Generally, getting this close to the seals is not a good idea but R's thinking was to determine the situation before calling the Marine Mammal Rescue Center. Tune in next week for the conclusion of "Pretty Tied Up."

Hello. It's been weeks since the urinal at R's office in Berkeley has been non-operational. His company was recently sold and the new owners dont seem to be in any hurry to fix the problem. I've been telling R "Get creative, u know, like do graffiti in there or something." And voila, R came home yesterday with this lil movie. Apparently other employees were feeling creative too and added their 2 cents.
Ok people, enough on urinals today. Updates as they happen.

I wish u all could have been with me last night to watch R give a FANTASTIC talk sponsored by CLA at their San Francisco offices in Fort Mason. Yes, we are all v. impressed with R, but last night he really outdid himself. So fast and witty! The 90 minutes went by in a blur. He had a slideshow/power point thing going, all the while taking questions AND getting thru his material. Bob Pim, Rich's main man at CLA let me see the reviews of R's performance, and every single person in the audience had checked the box marked "excellent" and the box marked "would recommend this speaker".
Bob told us that they had to move the talk to a bigger room because so many people had signed up to attend. Afterward i pulled R out into the hallway and...

Bought a Daisy Fuentes bra the other day, it came with thith thong.
Question: If there were no men would wimmins still wear the thong? I aint think so. Dont know what that has 2 do with anything, just sayin' is all.
After trying on my first one a few years ago i ripped it off me self and threw it right in the trash. The only cool way to

A and R were in the Marin Headlands the other day. R took the self-guided audio tour at the Marine Mammal Center while A walked on the beach and did a little beach clean-up.
