R is away 4 a few days, and sometimes when that happens, i end up(Ooooh. Ed.)watching crummy tv at nite, which can b depressing. Or at least confusing. Last nite i watched some World Wrestling Entertainment, which apparently is a form of family entertainment. The rabid audience was huge, HUGE, with young sons being hoisted up on their fathers' shoulders 2 get a better view. It was scary that something so stupid could b so popular.

And speaking of big guys in a ring, b4 R up and hot-footed it 2 Portland, we watched the James Toback film "Tyson", which was fascinating and maybe even spellbinding. I'd never seen a Tyson fight, and the fight footage really blew my mind. Tyson was like a forward-moving tank, his feet and legs digging into the mat. Click here for out-takes. R and i recalled seeing the Barbara Walters interview with Tyson and the evil Robin Givens while we were on our honeymoon on Sanibel Island;part of that interview is included in the movie. Then 2day i felt kind of sad when i saw a Cialis commercial whose song was Be My Baby. What's wrong with me?

That's what the greeter-lady at the bank said to R today after she asked him to fill out a survey about how she was performing her greeter duties. So of course that's our new thing to repeat over and over like a coupla myna birds.

There's a new place 2 eat in Sausalito, Cibo's. (say CHEE-boze) Highly recommended:the tapioca with blueberries. AND they serve Blue Bottle coffee.
Thank u Cibo's!!! (Those r big cans of Napoli tomatoes being used as a doorstop). We ordered our panini without the pancetta.

It was fantastic being back on a houseboat. This time we stayed on a different one than b4. This one is an actual boat so it moved from side2side whenever we walked around. We wore the seasick armbands which really worked; we werent bothered at all by the motion.

While performing a photo assignment last week, i found this by Jeff Koons. My search term was "monkey train", and it turns out that Jeff has a series with that name. The monkey train image comes in various colors, like "blue monkey train", etc., and u can get a really bitchin' skateboard with the monkey train image on it.
A few years ago i ordered these, but they were a lot smaller than i wanted so i gave them as a gift. I wonder if that person still has them.

Last night when i couldnt sleep, i laid in bed trying to think of the names of all 5 jackson brothers but could come up with only 4...Tito, Jermain, Randy and M. So now ima google and find out. Of course! Marlon.
Also while not sleeping, went on a virtual walk of all the trails and lil roads i loved when A and R lived in Mill Valley. Looks nice there, huh? If it's so nice, u may b thinking, why did A and R move? Here's why. I loved the redwoods b4 i lived with them. But they r like black holes, swallowing up all light, and casting giant dark shadows.
